We purchased this tap to replace out Nicolazzi Adore that was 14 years old and unable to be restored. I love this tap! So convenient for cooking, particularly with dirty hands. The tap is 1/4 turn between hot and cold (cold handle is up, hot handle points towards you), but the thing I love the most is the handle levers in to turn the tap on. This means with dirty hands you can use your forearm push in and turn on keeping the handle clean. So stylish, so beautiful.
